Hey! I’m Emilia, I’m 18, and I’m from Tallinn, Estonia. I live right by the sea. I just finished high school and now I’m trying to figure out what to do next, which is both scary and exciting. I speak Estonian, English, and a little Russian — mostly for ordering coffee or arguing with taxi drivers. People say I look serious at first, but once you know me, I won’t stop laughing at dumb memes. I love old soviet-era buildings, long walks in the forest, and anything that smells like pine trees or rain. I love nighttime drives with no destination, just my friends in someone’s old car, singing terrible pop songs. I’m obsessed with black and white photography — especially abandoned places. There’s something so beautiful about things that time forgot. I also love baking things that look kind of ugly but taste amazing. And coffee. I really hate small talk and people who never say what they actually mean. Loud restaurants where you have to scream just to order fries. Also — and this might sound weird — I hate the feeling of being rushed. Like, why is everyone always in a hurry? Slow down. I also don’t like when people say “you’re too young to understand” — please, I’ve been overthinking life since I was 12.
